Since conquering my health crisis, emotional block, and spiritual awakening I have dedicated my life to helping others heal. Specifically Women! My passion is facilitating other soul beings with understanding of what purpose means, and living out their Souls Journey (Dharma)!

I believe enable to heal we MUST have a level of AWARENESS first –then break down our conditionings, recognize emotional blocks, limiting beliefs and begin the healthy journey or forming a magical life.

Faced with the most challenging times in my life. My health was failing and at the time I was on 11 different medication for various health issues including High Blood Pressure, ADHD, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and severe anxiety. In addition my marriage was on the brinks of expiration. This was that moment in my life where I was faced with looking at the woman in the mirror and who she had become. I decided to give meditation a try and ended up discovering my purpose.

Stress management. Keeps me grounded and spiritually aligned, Allowing me to reconnect to my internal source or conscious compass.

Meditation is scientifically proven to improve longevity. There are extensive studies on the brain and the activity prior to meditation and the brain week after meditation. The results are mind blowing. The brain positively reacts immediately. Decreasing Stress hormones, decreasing blood pressure, decreasing heart rate, decreasing sweating, decreasing breathing and Overall strengthened Immunity.

Have ZERO expectations.  Most people feel like or was taught “if you have thoughts your not meditating”. For me if you don’t have thoughts your not alive , it’s impossible as a human being to not be thinking. Begin with 5- 15 mins a day for one week and increase by 5 mins each week until you reach 30 mins and continue with 30 mins once to twice daily.  Be patient with the practice and pay attention to how you feel in one week. Most people will notice changes, some drastic some subtle.

I will say I was too. I am legit diagnosed with ADD and I always thought meditation would never work for my “Monkey Brain”, but within one week I begin noticing unexpected “significant” changes and those around me began noticing as well. Basically if I can do ANYONE can do it.

I’ve been meditating seriously for 3 years. I meditate one to twice daily. Typically 30 mins in the am and 30 mins before bed
